- Personalised diet plan tailored to the correct calories and macros for your goal (this includes x2 training day plan and x1 rest day plan)
- Customised training plan (either for the gym or at home - If home based you must have a minimum of a set of dumbbells and a barbell)
- Weekly progress check in - upload your progress pics and weight to Amy's portal
- Weekly progress review/coaching call with Amy (via Skype, FaceTime or telephone)
- Changes to diet and training plan as required (dependent on check in results)
- WhatsApp access to Amy to ask any questions or go over any concerns Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm and Sat 9am to 12
- Monthly review of diet and training plan and amends made as required
You will be billed in GBP (£400.00)
at the current exchange rate.
